The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the cook was very accommodating. I loved how they had a variety of options to choose from and everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to a safe swimming area and close proximity to the town center. It was also great to have historical attractions nearby, like the Vihara Maha Devi landing and the statues on the beach. The atmosphere at the hotel was really friendly and the host made us feel so welcomed with his warmth and personality.
That there was no hot water shower available. Although it wasn't a major issue, it would have been nice to have a hot shower, especially after a long day at the beach.

The rooms at Feel The Waves are really cozy and comfortable. I loved the way the rooms were decorated with a simple yet elegant style. The desk in every room was really handy for me as I had some work to do during my stay. The views from the balcony and patio were absolutely stunning!
Personally, I didn't enjoy the fireplace in the double room. I felt like it was unnecessary and took up too much space.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived at Feel The Waves. The brand new rooms were immaculate and located right on the beach. Starting each morning with a fresh breakfast with our toes in the sand was an absolute delight. The beach in front of FW Steakhouse was perfect for swimming. It truly was the best accommodation and experience we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. If you're hesitating to book, do yourself a favor and go for it! You won't regret it.
Despite the negative experience mentioned in one of the reviews, we had a pleasant stay at Feel The Waves. The wifi worked well, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip.
